I wonder if it was one of those collect all 12 different pictures in the "glass label" area kinda promotions.
One was found a few years ago with a partial label, I have never seen the bottle and can't tell you what the 'lovely designs' are. Birds, flowers, Civil War generals, beautiful ladies would be my guess.
